Feedback from the drummers...
"I get to play a lot of styles of music, from drum'n'bass and punky beats to funky blues and Latin jazz but finding a stick that works well in all situatuions hasn't always been easy. I like a fairly light long stick with a ball tip for fast cymbal work and defined ghost notes.
I love the Los Cabos 3A's which are very quick and really well balanced. I use the White Hickory 3A's for funk, jazz & blues playing and the Red Hickory 3A's if I'm doing a heavier gig where I'm rocking out & need more volume. The Red Hickory sticks are tough and really take the edge of the hi hats and rimshots well. If I'm in a very light jazz setting I'd use the Maple 3A's. I get the same perfectly sized stick but in 3 weights! How cool is that?".

Just wanted to let you guys know your sticks are freakin' BOSS! I've been playing drums for 10 years, and I can honestly say that your sticks have the best feel, balance, and sound then any other brand, bar none! They have great punch, low vibration, and can take beyond a beating. I used to think that expensive sticks meant better sticks, but you guys have shown me that low-cost doesn't mean low-quality. I'll buy Los Cabos until I can drum no more.
* Well ive been throwin down with these badass sticks. I am so IMPRESSED! All these years i've been playing, I've been on the search for the right sticks that can hold up to the abuse that I put them through. And THANK YOU for making these. I am so very interested in becoming a LOS CABOS artist, it's got me twisted. The quality and craftmanship that you kids have put into these sticks is second to none. Im so stoked and have done nothin but rave about them to anyone and everyone. I hope all is well And will call you in just a few!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
Peace,

* I wanna tell you that it is a great honour for me that I was chosen as one of your endorsed artists. I have large hands I’ve been searching for years for long enough sticks which aren’t too thick, and that’s harder to find than you might think; I always had to make a compromise in one or the other direction
And the 5b and 5a intense models fit just perfect for me, wonderful.

*I’ve handed out some samples to retailers, and as soon as they touch them, they comment on the quality. They’ve all said the sticks feel good, and they all believe the product will do well in the UK.

* I just wanted to let you guys know that I love your drum sticks. Your hickory 5B's are the only drum sticks that can withstand my constant hammering of my poor drum set. I have tried every brand from pro-mark to Vic firth to Vater to everything in-between but Los Cabos are to ONLY stick that can withstand my playing and that just feel right. I already convinced all my friends to make the switch to Los Cabos and they keep thanking me.
Hope everything is well
Please keep on making amazing drumsticks

* I've been using Los Cabos Hickory Jazz for 3 years now and I have never been let down. The Hickory Jazz give me the perfect weight and size, (just a hair smaller than 5B), and the durability to handle 3 hours of BigDeal music! Los Cabos have a quality product at a modest price - here's to many more years of torture to your most excellent sticks.

* Just bought your Multi-stick. Great for my drum solo for switching back & forth. I'll be using Los Cabos sticks from now on. Thanks

* Can't believe how friggin tuff your sticks are. They are actually outstanding. I just played at a youth rally at my home church in Cole Harbour I was smashing out rim shots and playing pretty hard and it blows my mind to see the 7a's still in one piece and the tips not damaged at all. I repeat they were 7a's, tuff sticks guys & gals, amazing.

* Hey! Love the JAZZ stick. Been using them for about 4 weeks and really like them. If you have a chance check out www.gnosh.ca and hear some of my bands work, there are mp3's for download. We are releasing our Debut CD at the end of September.
I was at my drum camp in Halifax Nova Scotia when my drum teacher Al Resk had came in and gave all the students a pair of sticks. The sticks feel great and keep up the good work.
I recently tried your drum sticks for the first time and I am really impressed with the speed and pop the sticks preform at. I used to use Vic Firth 7A's but now im goin to switch to the Los Cabos 5A to slam on my kit.

* I bought your jazz hickory sticks in Music Stop. What a treat! Fine response, good finishing and great over all playability and durability. Also, Thank God there is a fine Canadian drumstick out there at last.
Thanks for the good sticks.

* Having been drumming for over 12 years now I've played a lot of sticks from a lot of companies, and spent too much money in the process. I would like to give a big thank you to Los Cabos Drumsticks for stepping up to the plate and offering all drummers top quality drumsticks at nearly half the price of their competitors. Placing second in the largest drum competition in Montreal, "Drummer Kombat". I've become very serious about the gear and sticks I use in the studio, live shows, teaching and drum seminars. Los Cabos Drumsticks offers the best at all levels with impeccable quality for pros and excellent pricing for students and beginners. Thanks again
Los Cabos Drumsticks, keep it up!

* Last night I played the all ages showcase with my band "Moth and Rust" for the Nova Scotia music week and decided to try your sticks for the first time and they were awesome to say the least. I've been playing for about 16 years, and I hit quite hard, and these sticks held up against sheer brutality, and seemed to barely even show blemish. I was very happy.
I was very impressed to say the least. I went on to my bands website and on a local all ages forum to spread the word about this new stick and I think that others will agree with my findings.

* I have played almost every stick on the market looking for the right stick. By fate I ran into Larry in a music store in Kitchener Ontario showing the sticks. I tried some 3A`s out and really liked them. I was about to become an artist for another well known stick company but Los Cabos sticks, Larry and the customer service just blew me away!!!! Not only are the sticks awesome but they care about you as an artist and your needs, and my needs are #1. If I get stuck I need a company that is there, and that company is Los Cabos Drumsticks.
I play The Rock model. Its all the sticks Ive ever loved in one! Its a bit slimmer and longer then a 2B, real fast, no hand fatigue, real easy to play and I play all kinds of music from R&B to Rock, Jazz to Funk to Country trust me my big rock sticks handles it all
PEACE,

* I have been using a 7A stick for the last 10 years simply because I could never find a thicker stick with the same weight of the 7A......until I picked up a pair of Los Cabos Maple Jazz. WOW!! I love them.......great weight....great feel....I'm hooked!"

* I having been professional drumming for various years now I've played a lot of sticks from a lot of companies, and spent too much money in the course. I recently tried your drumsticks for the first time and I am really impressed with the speed and pop the sticks perform at. They are made with excellent craftsmanship; they have a tremendous response, good
finishing and great durability. I used to use Vater's Power Fusion but now im going to switch to the Los Cabos Hickory Jazz. I would like to thank Los Cabos Drumsticks for offering all drummers top quality
drumsticks at a less significant price than their competitors.

* ...so I get a notice from this dude (Big Curtis) to go and try out some LOS CABOS sticks..
He gives me the low down and tells me that they are the best thing to come since the fast food drive thru...
I never heard of the stick - and I hear that they are Canadian - and I hope that they can measure up to the US sticks that I have always played. So I go and I try them out...
.. bought a pair..
..bought a next
bought a few more of various size...
Me likey..
Me likey a lot...
Ok - I have to get in on this because they are about to go big in Canada..
Prior to using Los Cabos sticks - I was using Vater Piccolos as main stick - and Vater Fusions as my alternate stick....
In speaking with Larry - and trying the product(s) - I can feel this this is the real deal. Larry is a down to Earth Canadian, doing something that he likes to do.
I have gone with the 5B Hickory Stick - and the 3A Hickory stick - as my choices...
5B - is the my Groove Smakin stick - slightly larger - powerful - responsive - got some meat to it....
My 3A's are my "Fusion Crackin" stick- Fast, articulate, slick - "cracky", fresh - good definition...
Either way - I could use any of them two stick on almost any gig I do interchangeably...
The most difficult problem I have had with Los Cabos - is that their products are so gosh darn good - that it took me too long to choose!!! (...and I betcha more sticks are to come out soon as well... WOW)
Los Cabos - You guys are great - and it a good to work with a Canadian company that has great products, and great people!
God Bless you guys richly!!

* This little company is manufacturing drumsticks which quality rivals the worlds biggest stick companies. Los Cabos is proof that 'best known' doesn't always mean 'best'. Have you ever eaten at a privately owned 'ma and pa' restaraunt that makes better steaks than the Keg? Enter Los Cabos. I've gone through several different brands of sticks over the years trying to find the most versitile one for my playing style. There's always something missing. I like the wieght from one stick, the shape of the bead from another, these sticks are cool, but pretty expensive, blah blah blah. Every Los Cabos stick is rolled by hand and meticulously crafted which means every one you hold in your hand will be straight and well balanced. Our sticks are the most important part of our craft. They ultimately have a huge effect on how we play and how we sound. How a company just entering the stick race learned how to incorperate all of the most important aspects of making a perfect stick is beyond me.....but they did. No funky colors or fancy finishes. Just no nonsense, straight up good sticks. Before the gig starts, that's all that counts, man.

* I've been playing Los Cabos sticks for probably about 2 months or so now, and I seriously have not played a better feeling stick in my life. My personal preference at this time is the Maple 3A, but I've just acquired a pair of 3A Hickory's that I'm sure will sound and feel the same as the Maples I've come to love.
I visited the whole gang at the Cape Breton International Drum Festival http://www.cbdrumfest.com/ where they were happy to let me know what was new with the company. The Multi-sticks are another great feeling and sounding product from this stellar company.
I look forward to playing your sticks for years to come, and know you'll make it far in this business by offering amazing sticks at a price that can't be beat.
